Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please don't hesitate to Contact us at support@srijainjewellery.com . Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or full value exchange. Customers can also claim refund or full value exchange within 7 days at our store located at 143-150 Bazaar Street, Vridhachalam, Tamil Nadu 606001, India

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and shall be approved by the management. It must also be in the original packaging that you received. Some products, clearly marked in our site as Non-Returnable are not eligible for returns. For example
* Gold and silver Coins
* Gift articles
* Customized Jewellery including personalized/engraved products/ordered in line with specific instructions from customer

The Refund/full value exchange Return policy is subject to terms and conditions mentioned below
1. Product meant to be returned should be accompanied with original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice within 7 day period.

2. Once the return product is received, our Quality Check team will review the product. Any signs of usage, alteration, resizing, or damages cannot be accepted for 100% Refund or Full value exchange.

3. In case the customer cannot produce Original Product Certificate, the product will be sent to lab for recertification. Customer shall borne the cost of shipping and certification charges

4. The refund/exchange value of the returned item will be determined by the team at Sri Jain Jewellery. In case, any coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the amount will be reduced by the amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes.

5. In case of Refund, the payment shall be made by way of original payment method made, within 3 bank working days subject to quality confirmation and acceptance.

6. In case of full value exchange or value determined by the team, customer will have to pay the difference in price between the new product chosen and retuned value before dispatch.

7. For the 7 day Return policy, if the product is purchased at a discounted price during any promotion, Sri Jain Jewellery will only refund/full value exchange as per the invoice.

8. Sri Jain Jewellery reserves the right to change the Refund/Exchange value of the product based on quality inspection.

9. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made regarding Return Value made by Sri Jain Jewellery and accept our decision regarding the return policy.

10. All Disputes of any nature will come under Vridhachalam Jurisdiction.
